PDMovie PD2-M1 Remote Air 4 (Single Channel)

The PD2-M series is the fourth generation of the PD Movie Remote Air and includes a wide range of upgrades to all of its key components. The motors have been redesigned inside and out for increased flexibility and performance. The Remote Air 4 also comes with two controllers that can be used in a variety of shooting scenarios.

The Remote Air motor housing has been redesigned to make the device thinner and lighter while expanding its functionality. The motor is now 17mm thick and has twice the torque, making the device more flexible and durable.

Resolution multiplied by 4

The Air Engine has 8192 levels of resolution, which is 4 times more than the previous generation. When you use the engine at any speed, it can perform the operation with extreme precision.

New OLED screen placement

The receiver motor OLED display has been moved to the side of the motor. It uses a new on-screen display mode and is much easier to see from any angle. It can display the signal channel, signal strength, and battery information of the ESCs.

Bluetooth 4.0 connectivity

Every update is aimed at improving user experience. The controller adds master and slave mode, brand new motor design and perfect function. A new configuration of REMOTE AIR 4 solves all the focusing problems you encounter during filming, it is more comprehensive, more convenient and faster.

Right and left control

The Remote Air 4 controller includes a feature that allows the operator to change the orientation of the steering wheel at any time. This means you can maintain precise control whether you are right or left-handed, regardless of your orientation to the camera.

Transmission distance 100m

The Air 4 remote control uses 2,4G wireless technology and full-duplex signal transmission to transmit and receive data extremely quickly. While the movement is recorded on the controller, the motor simultaneously transmits position data to accurately reflect the movement and positioning in a fraction of a second. Anti-interference and error correction functions are in place to keep the controllers and motors connected and communicating at a distance of up to 100m.

Multiple uses

The PD2-M series includes the PDL-TC-AF thumb controller that allows you to easily highlight different shooting scenarios, whether it is a handheld stabilizer, a full-body stabilizer, a Steadicam/Glidecam, a tripod arm or a shoulder rig. The thumb controller can be easily attached to many types of camera rigs and supports.

All functions in one button

The Remote Air 4 motor gives you easy access to all functions with just one button. You can calibrate your lens manually or automatically, adjust the speed, change the motor direction, cancel the calibration, and recover the calibration.

Long battery life

The Remote Air 4 controller has a built-in large capacity battery that can last up to 30 hours. If you need more, you can charge and power the unit using any standard 5v USB power bank.

For 2D and 3D shooting

The Air 4 remote can control up to three motors by itself, but can also be adapted for 3D shooting by assigning multiple motors to the same channel.
