Conditions of sale.

These Terms of Sale govern the contractual relationships between Digistore (RCS Strasbourg 451 974 125), 11 rue Jacobi Netter 67200 Strasbourg, and the Customer defined as the user of the site accepting these terms.

Any order placed on the site implies unconditional acceptance of the Terms of Sale. The information on the site is indicative and may be modified without notice.

The characteristics of the products are presented in the product sheets. Photos in context with other equipment are not part of the contractual scope — check the accessories provided in the description.

Products are offered for sale until stock is exhausted. For out-of-stock products, offers are valid subject to availability from suppliers.

In case of stock shortage, we will communicate the estimated delay by email as soon as possible.

Prices are in Euro and include VAT for France, excluding shipping costs (unless otherwise stated). French VAT is not applicable outside the EU or for EU businesses that have provided a valid intra-community VAT number.

Outside the EU or DOM-TOM, customs fees, duties, and taxes may be claimed by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

The customer identifies themselves and definitively validates their order by clicking on “Validate order”. The order is recorded, a number is communicated, and a detailed invoice (excluding VAT + VAT + including VAT) is sent by email or in the customer area.

Special orders (specially ordered products) cannot be canceled if the products have already been shipped by the suppliers.

Digistore offers a wide range of payment methods:

For ALMA, the service is offered to individual customers residing in France and Belgium for orders up to €6,000 including VAT. Younited is a partner credit institution (REGAFI 13156, approved by ACPR).

You earn digipoints on eligible products (indicated on the product sheet). Points are credited upon shipment and can be used on a subsequent order. Accumulation without time limit, non-refundable in cash.

Delivery by La Poste, UPS or other carrier, to the address specified by the customer. Shipping generally within 24 hours, at most 2 working days if the product is in stock; otherwise, indicative delay announced on the product sheet.

Upon receipt, immediately check the condition and compliance. Any claim must be made within 7 days by email. Any return requires a RMA number (My account > My returns); without RMA, the merchandise will be held at the customer's expense.

All products come with a manufacturer's warranty, minimum 2 years parts and labor. In case of failure during the warranty period, repairs are free of charge by the manufacturer's authorized technical centers.

Exclusions: damage from accidents, misuse, negligence, electrostatic shocks on computer boards. Return of non-defective equipment: €30 including VAT fee (diagnosis + transport).

Individuals have 14 days from the receipt of the package to exercise their right of withdrawal and be refunded (excluding return shipping costs).

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

Personal data is not shared with third parties. In accordance with GDPR (EU 2016/679), the customer has the right to access, rectify, delete, port, and object at any time.

The products offered comply with French and European regulations. For professionals, disputes are subject to the Commercial Court of Strasbourg. The original language of the Terms of Sale is French — in case of dispute, only the French text is authoritative.
