The SmallRig Cage Kit for Nikon Z 9 3738 is designed to provide a portable solution, accessory attachment and protection for the camera, especially when shooting at low angles, to relieve the strain on the arm and facilitate movement of the camera. The kit includes a Nikon Z 9 3195 cage and an ARRI 2165 top handle, while maintaining access to buttons, holes, card slots, battery compartment and flip screen after installation. The cage is locked with a 1/4”-20 screw underneath, a locator pin, and a shoulder strap ring on the right side; The top handle is ergonomically designed for comfort and allows for quick assembly and disassembly. Integrated mounting points are fully compatible with the SmallRig accessory system. Featuring 1/4”-20 threaded holes and 3/8”-16 ARRI locating holes for the 2093 side handle, the HSS2426 for side shots and camera movements, and an ARRI 3/ 8″-16 on top of the handle for the M 2903 monitor mount, as well as a cold shoe mount for microphones, LED lights. The Arca quick release plate located under the cage fits directly onto a tripod for tripod shooting; Two 1/4”-20 threaded holes located at the bottom of the front bracket support the Rod Clamp 942 to attach a 15mm rail support system for attaching a lens holder, follow-focus, matte box, etc. Additionally, protective pads inside prevent scratches and a built-in magnetic screwdriver makes access easy.
