The SmallRig 3668B Cage Base Kit for Sony Alpha 7R V / Alpha 7 IV / Alpha 7S III has been designed to facilitate low-angle shooting and protect the camera while offering a wide range of accessory attachments. It includes a cage, an HDMI cable clamp and a top handle. The top handle is comfortable and allows for easy carrying when shooting at low angles. 1/4″-20 threaded holes, 3/8″-16 ARRI alignment holes, cold mounts and NATO rails, and QD socket support mounting a monitor (2294), microphones, LED lights, monitor stand (2903B) and NATO accessories. The HDMI cable clamp, mounted on the left side of the cage using a 1/4″-20 screw and two alignment pins, prevents deflection and secures cables with a thumbscrew to protect cables. interfaces and ensure stable signal transmission. Additionally, mounting holes on both sides of the cage allow hand straps to be attached. The cage comes with a built-in magnetic flathead screwdriver and hex wrench for easy disassembly and assembly.
