The SmallRig Camera Cage for Nikon Z 5 / Z 6 / Z 7 / Z 6II / Z 7II 2926B is designed to provide protection and attach accessories. It locks the camera via a 1/4″-20 screw on the bottom and an M2.5 screw on the left side, with pads to prevent scratches. The cage allows access to the camera buttons, card slots, screen and battery door, and is also equipped with multiple accessory holders. They include a 1/4″-20 threaded hole, a 3/8″-16 threaded hole, an ARRI 3/8″-16 locating hole for the 2093 and 3814 Side Handle, a 3765 Top Handle, a Monitor Bracket 2903 and 2904, a Manfrotto 1280 and 2458 Bottom Plate, a 2336 Portable Battery Holder and a 2987 Mini V Mount Battery Plate.

The cage also has 1/4″-20 locating holes on the side that support the 3598 Single Rod Clamp and 3873 Magic Arm; a NATO rail on the left side for the Side Handle 3847 and 2187; a cold shoe mount, suitable for microphone, LED video light, etc. ; strap holes allowing the use of Hand Strap 3848 and 2456; a QD attachment compatible with the quick-release QD shoulder strap buckle; and an Arca-Swiss quick release plate compatible with Arca-style tripods and DJI RS 2 / RSC 2 / RS 3 / RS 3 Pro stabilizers for quick switching between gimbal, handheld and tripod modes. In addition, a double wrench is included to facilitate assembly and disassembly.
