The Blackmagic Teranex Mini – Optical to HDMI 12G is an advanced converter designed to transform your video signals up to 12G-SDI to HDMI. Equipped to handle high resolutions up to DCI 4K (4096 x 2160) 60p, this device is ideal for professional applications, including sources like the Blackmagic URSA camera. With its compatibility with optical fiber modules, Teranex Mini offers incredible flexibility, allowing fiber to HDMI conversions with 3G, 6G and soon 12G modules.

This converter also features switchable XLR outputs, supporting both balanced analog audio and AES/EBU digital audio, allowing you to manage audio independently. The built-in Ethernet port allows for remote management via the Converter Utility software on Mac or Windows, perfect for large-scale installations. It also offers a Power-over-Ethernet (PoE) option for simplified power supply, while having a built-in 90-240V power supply.

The Teranex Mini’s compact design is ideal for rack configurations, fitting discreetly into a desk or cable duct, and up to three units can be installed in a 19′ 1 RU rack tray. An optional smart front panel enhances the user experience with a color LCD display and intuitive controls, allowing for easy monitoring and adjustment.
